CITIZENS ON PATROL NEEDS YOU !!!

I am looking forward to working with the community and encourage those who are interested in volunteering small amounts of time as the eyes and ears of our community to contact me or Howard Moose to keep our streets and homes safe from criminals who might try to steal a car or burglarize a home. We need to rid our neighborhood of kids who come from other areas to fight kids who live here. We are not vigilantes, we do not confront these trouble makers, we use a cell phone provided by the Baltimore County Police, to call 911 and report suspicious activity. For more information or to volunteer call -

Herb Scott , 410-788-7637 or
